Welcome to JamRack. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before accessing or using our services.

By uploading content on JamRack, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the content or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use the content (including but not limited to audio, instruments, songs, videos, images, etc.).
  • You have the legal right to monetize the content uploaded on JamRack for earnings or other monetary gains.
  • You grant Jamrack the right to display, distribute, and sell your content exclusively within the Jamrack app or website. JamRack will take a small commission from sales generated through ticket purchases within the platform.
  • By uploading content to JamRack, you provide us with exclusive rights to distribute and showcase your live performance music content solely on the JamRack platform.
  • You agree that your uploaded content shall not be distributed outside of JamRack without written consent from JamRack.
  • Any revenue earned from ticket purchases or JamRack ticket usages linked to your content will be shared between you (the artist) and JamRack.
  • The majority of the revenue split will favor the artist or their team.

By using JamRack, you agree that:

  • The content you upload must be appropriate for a general audience. Explicitly prohibited content includes:
    • Pornography or sexually explicit material
    • Depictions of violence or firearms
    • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior that goes against societal norms
  • Any violation of these content guidelines may result in the removal of your content or suspension of your account.
  • JamRack does not store any sensitive financial information, such as credit card details, directly in its database.
  • All payments and sensitive data are securely processed through third-party payment gateways like Stripe or other major financial institutions that specialize in protecting users’ financial information.

If your live event includes ticket purchases that offer gift items, the following rules apply:

  • Gift items must be appropriate and cannot include:
    • Alcoholic beverages, drugs, or toxic products
    • Any harmful materials or items deemed inappropriate
  • Acceptable gift items may include safe clothing, souvenirs, or other non-harmful items.
  • The artist or creator is responsible for shipping the gift items to the ticket buyers.
  • All ticket purchases on JamRack are final. There will be no refunds for tickets once purchased.
  • If an artist fails to perform or delays their performance due to unforeseen circumstances, users may submit a claim to have their ticket returned to their ticket balance for future use but will not receive a cash refund.
  • Artists are responsible for delivering a satisfactory experience during their live performance. JamRack has limited control over artist content and event delivery.
  • JamRack strives to ensure that verified accounts are real people, but we advise users to take precautions when engaging with artists or creators on the platform.
  • Before purchasing tickets, users should verify the authenticity of the artist’s account. Verified accounts are considered more credible but do not guarantee safety from fraud or misconduct.
  • If you suspect suspicious behavior, such as no-shows, inappropriate content, or other violations of the platform’s guidelines, please report it to JamRack immediately. We will investigate the report and may suspend or ban the account if necessary.

  • JamRack reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice if you violate any terms of this agreement.
  • Upon termination, you will still be responsible for any outstanding payments or charges accrued before the termination.

  • JamRack provides its services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content or services provided through JamRack.
  • We do not warrant that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

By continuing to use JamRack, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action.
