Refund Policy

Once a ticket or purchase is made on JamRack, it is considered final. No refunds will be issued for ticket purchases under any circumstances.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as the artist failing to perform or a significant delay in the performance, users may file a claim to have their ticket value credited back to their JamRack account. However, no refunds or cash reimbursements will be provided.

The artist is solely responsible for showing up and delivering the performance as expected. While JamRack facilitates the platform, it has limited control over the artist’s content or performance.

For users who purchase Royal Tickets or tickets that come with a gift item, the responsibility for shipping the gift lies with the artist or creator. JamRack has no control over the shipment or delivery of these items but will advise artists and creators against sending items that are hazardous, unhealthy, or otherwise inappropriate.

Users are encouraged to research and trust the artist before purchasing tickets to any live events. Always verify the artist’s account by checking if it is marked as “verified” by JamRack. While JamRack verifies accounts to ensure they are genuine, users should remain vigilant as verified accounts may still engage in misconduct.

If you experience any suspicious behavior, such as a no-show by the artist, inappropriate or violent actions during the live event, or other concerns, please report them to JamRack. All claims will be thoroughly investigated, and, if validated, appropriate actions such as suspension or banning of the artist’s account may be taken.
